Robert Francis Perez graduated from UC Berkeley (B.A., 1990)  and UCLA School of Law (1996). He is a member of the US District Court, Central District Bar, and is a member of the California Bar and the Cal Wireless Assocation.  Robert has worked as an attorney and broker in the wireless telecom industry since 1999, initially as a representative to cellular and PCS companies such as Sprint PCS, Verizon Wireless, Nextel, AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile and others. Robert also worked with Google to lease and deploy Google’s first municipal Wi-Fi antenna network in Mountain View, California. Robert has worked with and advised municipalities, landlords, property owners, property management companies and rooftop management companies with regard to lease negotiation, tower and cell antenna screening design, land use issues, neighborhood council issues and more. Robert has negotiated or managed the negotiation of thousands of Cell Site and Tower Documents including new site proposals, Letters of Interest,  leases, subleases,  Lump Sum Lease Buyouts, Extensions, Renewals, Lease Terminations, and Tower Easements.
