We recently completed the negotiation of a cell site lease and subsequent site buyout near Sunset Blvd in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles. The property is a church for whom we nearly quadrupled their cell site rent and changed many lease provisions to benefit the church. We are very proud of this accomplishment.
